Nerys' roasted alternative to fries

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Potatoes and Squash

1 cup,+cubes sweet potatoes
3 medium potatoes
1/2 cup butternut squash
2 small onions
5 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 dash salt
1 dash oregano
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potatoes and Squash

Wash the potatoes and squash and dice in 1" squares (keeping skin on). Thickly chop onions and garlic. Mix all ingredients together in oil and roast for half an hour at 200. After 20 minutes turn all ingredients over to roast other side.
