Rosted potatoes with italian herb seasoning and crushed red pepper.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Potatoes

16 oz Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
6 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
3 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning Grinder
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.125 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
3 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potatoes

  1. Dice potatoes into 1 inch cubes and place in a bowl. Add the lemon juice, seasonings, and olive oil and then toss to coat the potatoes thoroughly.

  2. Place the seasoned potatoes in a shallow baking pan and roast at 425 degrees. Stir or turn the potatoes two or three times during the cooking to promote even browning. Cook until the potatoes are tender, approximately 30 minutes.
