Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Potatoes

4 cup Yukon Gold Potatoes
3 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweetpotato
1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2.5 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potatoes

Peel and chop potaotes and onions. Add olive oil and other seasonings. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes.
