This is one of my boyfriend's favorite side dishes

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Potatoes

12 serving Red Potatoes
2 serving Olive Oil
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tbsp Coriander Leaf, Dried

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potatoes

Cut and quarter potatoes into small pieces. Toss with olive oil and seasonings. Bake on a cookie sheet for 25 minutes at 425 degrees, turning potatoes halfway
