4 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
2 oz Pure Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potatoes

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.

  2. Slice, dice, or wedge potatoes

  3. Blanch in boiling water.

  4. Coat with oil (rub or put in bag and shake).

  5. Put potatoes into a baking pan.

  6. Sprinkle with salt and other spices.

  7. Bake in ove until browned.
