Tasty roasted russet potatoes! Makes a great side dish!

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Potatoes

5 medium potatoes (cut into wedges)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion (cut into wedges)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potatoes

  1. Pan fry the potatoes, salt, and spices in oil for about 5 minutes or until a light golden color appears, turning often. I used a wok and cooked 1/2 at a time. Add onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  2. Empty the pan into a baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 F for 45 minutes.

  3. Remove from oven, sprinkle with dry parsley and serve.
