Recipe Ingredients for Roasted potatoes

4 russet potatoes, boiled
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 small onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Roasted potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes and when cool, peel them.

  2. Chop potatoes into small chunks and place in baking dish that contains oils.

  3. Stir potatoes to coat.

  4. Add seasoning of choice to taste.

  5. Bake them at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
