Highly seasoned potato dish. Spicy-hot.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted potatoes

1/8 cup olive oil
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp marjoram, dried
1/2 tsp dill weed, dried
1/2 tsp thyme, dried
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
1/2 tsp parsley, dried
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

Recipe Directions for Roasted potatoes

  1. Combine all ingredients but potatoes.

  2. Stir in potatoes until evenly coated.

  3. Place in single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast for 20 -30 minutes at 400 degrees, turning occasionally.
