Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Potatoes and Onions

1 large(150 g) diced Onion
4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) diced Potatoes
2 serving Onion Recipe Soup and Dip Mix
26 grams Wheat Germ
4 serving Cooking Spray Canola Oil
6 tsp Onion Powder
6 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potatoes and Onions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Dice the potatoes and onion, spray with cooking spray.

  3. In a large bowl mix remaining ingredients, toss in the potatoes and onions coating evenly.

  4. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until golden brown.
