7 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin, Baked
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 serving Cayenne Pepper
0.5 tsp Garlic Salt
5 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for roasted potatoes and onions

chop potatoes and onion into bite size pieces. mix with EVOO and seasonings. Bake at 400 degrees for about an hour.
