Roasted potatoes, onion, & garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Potatoes, Onion, and Garlic

3 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") Potatoes, Baked, Flesh
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 cloves, raw Garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potatoes, Onion, and Garlic

Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice or dice onion; mince garlic. Add all to a ziplock bag with olive oil. Mix well, then season to taste. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, turning once midway through.
