Roasted potatoes seasoned with La Kama (Moroccan Spice Mixture)

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Potatoes with Moroccan Spice Mixture

1 pound potatoes, quartered
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Ginger, Ground
1 tablespoon Turmeric, Ground
1 tablespoon Pepper, Black
2 teaspoons Cinnamon, Ground
1 teaspoon Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potatoes with Moroccan Spice Mixture

  1. Preheat oven at 425F.

  2. Please note to use only 1 teaspoon of the spice mixure.

  3. Quarter potatoes. Season with Moroccan Spice Mixture, salt and add olive oil to coat.

  4. Cook for 20-30 minutes.
