Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Potatoes with fresh herbs

1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
3 clove Garlic
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 serving, raw Cilantro
1 tablespoon Italian Parsley
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potatoes with fresh herbs

  1. Wash & quarter potatoes.

  2. Coat roasting pan with olive oil. Add potatoes and fresh herbs. Grate the rind one lemon over potatoes. Squeeze 1/2 of 1 lemon juice over potatoes. Bake in preheated oven at 400* for 40 minutes. Remove and Serve.
