Recipe Ingredients for ROASTED POTATOES by Frank

1 lb potatoes (sliced 1/4 to 3/8Th's inch thick)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for ROASTED POTATOES by Frank

  1. Slice red or white potatoes with or without skin, 1/4 to 3/8 Th's of an inch thick.

  2. Then cut these slices into 1 to 1 1/4 inch square or round pieces.

  3. Mix oil and seasoning in a bowl then add cut potatoes and mix to coat.

  4. You can let marinate a while or not.

  5. Preheat oven to 400.

  6. Lay out potatoes in a single layer on a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes till golden brown.
