Recipe Ingredients for roasted potatoes and carrots

4 potatoes, peeled and chunked
3 carrots, peeled and striped
1 onion
2 cups fresh mushrooms
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp basil
1/2 tbsp dill
1/2 tbsp marjoram

Recipe Directions for roasted potatoes and carrots

  1. Spray 9x13 pan with pam cooking spray

  2. add chopped veggies

  3. coat with oil, stiring a few times

  4. add seasoning, and stir to mix

  5. cook at 350 for about 1 hour
