20 oz Potato
1 lb Asparagus
2 tbsp Peanut oil
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potatoes & Asparagus

  1. chunk potatoes & cut asparagus into 2 inch strips

  2. toss potatoes in oil and spices

  3. roast at 375 for 30 minutes

  4. add asparagus and roast for an additional 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
