Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Potato Wedges

2 lbs potatoes
2 sec spray Butter flavor cooking spray
1 tsp salt
1 tsp rosemary

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potato Wedges

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Slice potatoes into wedges and arrange on cookie sheet.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and rosemary and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

  5. Roast for 25 minutes and then turn over and roast for 25 more minutes or until done.
