Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Potaoes and Portobellas

2 small red potatoes
8 oz. portobella mushrooms
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
3 T. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Potaoes and Portobellas

Cube potatoes with skins. Toss with 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. rosemary and 2 T. olive oil. Bake for 30 min. in 400 degree oven, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, mix bellas with remaining ingredients. After potatoes have baked for 30 min. stir in mushrooms. Continue baking for 15 minutes.
