Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Portobello & Garlic Soup

5 medium mushroom Portobello Mushrooms
10 clove Garlic
3 1tsp Olive Oil
3 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
33.864 oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1.5 oz Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted Portobello & Garlic Soup

slice mushrooms and place on baking sheet with garlic (in its paper). Roast 45 minutes. Blend mushrooms with Buttermilk. Add stock to pot and mix in blended mushroom mix. Add worcestershire and salt to taste.
