Recipe Ingredients for roasted pork loin

5 oz Pork Loin Filet
1 oz olive oil

Recipe Directions for roasted pork loin

  1. used the oilve oil to coat the loin chop and the veggies before roasting. Season the chop with ground fennel, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Add some water to the pan to slow roast the chop.

  3. Loosely cover with tinfoil and cook at 325-350 for about an hour. Chop should break apart easily.

  4. salt & pepper on the oil-coated veggies, roast @ 405 for about 15-20 minutes. Some veggies cook faster. Cook comparable veggies together. Example: Don't cook carrots with egg plant.
