Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Pimenton Chickpeas

15 oz chick peas
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Pimenton Chickpeas

  1. - preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit

  2. - rinse and drain chick peas (use no salt ones preferably)

  3. - mix in bowl w/ remaining ingredients

  4. - spread in single layer on baking sheet

  5. - roast in oven for 35-45 min- shaking pan every 5-7 min
