3/4 lbs chicken breast
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Serrano pepper
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup onion
1 tbsp garlic
1 cup spinach
2 cups kale
1/2 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Roasted Pablano and Chicken Crema Taco filling

  1. cook chicken in 3tbsp olive oil, remove from pan

  2. add onion and brown 5 min, add garlic rosemary

  3. add kale and spinach & chicken broth cook until liquid is gone, 5 min

  4. add creme fresh & chicken, heat throughout
