Recipe Ingredients for Roasted new potatoes

907 g potato
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves, raw(6 g) Garlic
1 tsp Thyme Leaf
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Roasted new potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 450. Scrub potatoes and halve or quarter, depending on size.

  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with the oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Transfer potatoes to a baking pan and arrange in a single layer. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until potatoes are tender and browned.
