Good and very easy. Can use different herbs, combinations.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted New Potatoes

1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, quartered
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted New Potatoes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag and toss to coat.

  2. Put into a 13/9 baking pan.

  3. Bake uncovered at 450 for 30-35 minutes.

  4. Note: Use parchment paper or Pam to prevent sticking.
