Recipe Ingredients for Roasted New Potatoes

1 lb new potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoons fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Roasted New Potatoes

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Clean and halve or quarter potatoes

  3. Toss potatoes in a bowl with oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.

  4. Spread potatoes evenly in roasting pan. Roast 30 - 40 minutes, or until browned.
