Recipe Ingredients for Roasted New Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese

5 pounds of New Potatoes
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Salt
1 Pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Roasted New Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese

Wash potatoes. Cut each potato into quarters. Place in a baking pan. Add olive oil and toss to coat all potatoes. Add pinch of salt and pepper. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 50 minutes. Remove and sprinkle cheese over potatoes and toss. Serve immediately.
