1 tsp olive oil
1/4 pepper, orange
1/4 (cup) red onion
1/4 (cup) green beans
1/4 (cup) grape tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Roasted Mixed Vegtables

Lay whatever vegtables you want to roast. Drizzle olive oil over them and season with grill seasoning or just salt and pepper or sometimes garlic is good. Roast about 10 minutes under the broiler. They are sweet and delicious!
