Just a simple good way to roast vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Mixed Vegetables

1 Zucchini
1 Yellow Squash
1 small onion
1/2 green pepper
8 mushrooms
1/4 cup banana peppers
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Smart Balance Spread

Recipe Directions for Roasted Mixed Vegetables

Cut the vegetables up, Place on a 13 by 9 pan lined with alluminium foil that has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinke with other ingredients. Bake for 15 minutes at 400, then turn to broil for another 10 to 15 minutes turnning vegetables at least two times.
