Lentils onion mushrooms chopped and formed into a pattie

Recipe Ingredients for roasted lentil and mushroom patties

100 grams Red Lentils
150 grams Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 medium Egg, Whole
51 grams Chickpea Flour (Besan)
2 serving Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Sauce Soy

Recipe Directions for roasted lentil and mushroom patties

  1. cook lentils until tender then drain and cool.

  2. finely chop onion and mushroom mix with lentils the sauces and beaten egg. Add besan as required season as prefered.

  3. make four patties.

  4. bake at 190c for 25-30 minutes
