Recipe Ingredients for Roasted lemon chicken and vegetables

350 grams chicken
1/2 small tomato
1 carrot
7 small potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
100 ml lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Roasted lemon chicken and vegetables

  1. Chop all vegetables.

  2. Place chicken in a roasting dish.

  3. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken, add salt, pepper and tarragon to taste.

  4. Add chopped vegetables to dish, adding salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice on top.

  5. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a 200 degrees Celsius oven for 1 1/2 hours. (for a fan forced)
