Makes 6 servings



Bake at 400. For Garlic Roasted: substitute seasonings with 3T Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasiubg & 2 t thyme. For Oriental Roasted: substitute water, bouillon, & seasonings with 1 (10 oz) bottle plum sauce, 2 T Mrs. Dash extra spicy, and 1 T soy sauce. For Traditional Roasted: substitute seasonings with 3 T Mrs Dash Table blend.

Recipe Ingredients for ROASTED LEMON CHICKEN

2 1/2 lb chicken
1/4 cup hot water
2 T chicken bouillon
3 T lemon pepper
1 T oregano

Recipe Directions for ROASTED LEMON CHICKEN

Place chicken on rack in roasting pan. Combine hot water & bouillon. Pour over chicken. Combine seasonings. Coat chicken with mixture. Cover loosely with foil & roast @ 400 50 minutes. Uncover & baste with pan juices. Bake uncovered another 15 minutes or until golden brown and chicken is done.
