Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Kohlrabi with Parmesan

182 grams Kohlrabi
0.25 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp(5 g) Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 clove(3 g) Garlic

Recipe Directions for Roasted Kohlrabi with Parmesan

slice kohlrabi, cover in mixture of olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook at 450F 10-15 minutes stirring occasionaly on baking sheet. Remove and add parmesan cheese, return to oven and slightly brown cheese 5 minutes. Serve immediatly.
