A GREAT substitute when you're craving a crunchy, salty snack!

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Kale Chips with Salt & Vinegar

6 oz Kale
0.5 serving VIGO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1 serving White Wine Vinegar
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted Kale Chips with Salt & Vinegar

  1. Preheat oven to 300.

  2. Cut away inner ribs from each kale leaf and discard, then tear the kale leaves into same-size pieces. Wash pieces and dry well. Mix kale pieces and oil in a bowl with hands. Add vingear and mix again. out over all the leaves.

  3. Arrange kale leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet, then roast until they are mostly crisp, about 35 minutes. Check every 10 minutes to turn and make sure none are burning.

  4. Once done, sprinkle with salt and enjoy! These can be saved in a ziploc bag or sealed tupperware but I've always eaten them within a day or 2 of making!
