140 grams mushrooms
40 grams red pepper
70 grams zucchini
100 grams onion
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Italian Veggies

  1. Slice mushrooms

  2. chop peppers

  3. split zucchini and slice

  4. Chop onion

  5. Toss in olive oil

  6. stir in basil

  7. Roast in a baking dish at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes, stirring once.

  8. Keep an eye so they don't burn!
