Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Green beans and Shallots

1 lb green beans
1/2 cup shallots
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Green beans and Shallots

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. trim green beans

  3. place green beans on a single layer on foil lined baking sheet

  4. sprinkle shallots on top of green beans

  5. drizzle with olive oil

  6. sprinkle with salt and pepper

  7. roast in oven for 10 minutes or until bright green and bottoms are browned.

  8. Take out of oven and squeeze with juice of 1 lemon.

  9. Toss and serve
