1 tsp olive oil

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Green Bean Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Add green beans to a bowl and drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil on them. Mix with your hands to coat each green bean. Lay them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping once during cooking.
