Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Garlic and Wine Dip

20 cloves garlic, roasted
1/2 cup wine, white
1 cup vegetable broth
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Garlic and Wine Dip

Remove papery skin from whole head of garlic. Wrap in tin foil and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes; let cool. Combine the olive oil, half the garlic pulp and wine in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes. Add broth and cook until reduced to a 1/2 cup. Pour into a blender, add the rest of the roasted garlic, and puree. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with artichokes or bread.
