Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Garlic

10 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Garlic

Preheat the oven to 325 F. Separate the garlic cloves and peel them. Place in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with the oil. Fold the foil to enclose the garlic. Place on a baking sheet and back for 35 to 40 minutes, until the garlic is soft enough to spread like warm butter. Transfer to a covered jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
