Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

3 cups brocolli
3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Toss broccoli in EVOO, salt, pepper, and garlic

  3. Spead in even layer on baking sheet and bake in oven until broccoli is tender (15-20 minutes)

  4. Remove from oven and squeeze lemon juice over top
