Recipe Ingredients for Roasted garlic hummus

1 cup garbanzo beans
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 red chilli pepper
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted garlic hummus

  1. Cook the beans

  2. Roast the garlic cloves in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 350 deg.

  3. Process the beans, garlic and the rest of the ingridients in a food processor until smooth.
