Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Garlic / Herb Chicken Breast on Chopped Salad

3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
2 oz Parsley
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1/2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 cup Salad, Vegetable, Tossed
1 oz Franks RedHot Cayenne Pepper Sauce Original

Recipe Directions for Roasted Garlic / Herb Chicken Breast on Chopped Salad

  1. Mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, hot sauce and pepper, in a dish and marinade chicken breast for 30 minutes.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 and using an oven ready heated pan cook on stove top (using medium heat) to brown both sides for 2 or 3 minutes each.

  3. Cover pan and leave in oven for 15 minutes.

  4. Slice and serve on chopped salad.
