Easy and yummy. The basil can be replaced with almost any dried herb.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Garlic Green Beans

1 lb frozen green beans
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Roasted Garlic Green Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Line roasting pan with foil; spray with olive oil flavored non stick spray.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss to coat.

  4. Spread in roasting pan.

  5. Bake in the oven until the beans are slightly darkened, aproximately 10 minutes. Toss once or twice while cooking so they will get evenly cooked.
