Recipe Directions for Roasted Garlic & Chicken Italiano

  1. In medium saucepan, combine rice mix, 1 cup water, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, Special Seasonings, and uncooked skinless chicken breast (cut into 1-inch pieces); bring to boil.

  2. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 24-26 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.

  3. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
