Great tasting twist on steamed cauliflower. For less calories, omit extra virgin olive oil. Add pepper and salt if needed to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Galic Cauliflower Mash

3 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Galic Cauliflower Mash

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roast garlic cloves in skin for about 15 min, untill soft. Steam cauliflower for about 10-12 min till really soft. Chop basil finely. Add peeled roasted garlic, basil, olive oil and steamed cauliflower to a mixing bowl and mash till even consistency.
