1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

  1. Peel and slice potatoes.

  2. Spray cookie sheet and pile on potatoes in a single layer (you'll probably need a second sheet).

  3. Salt and pepper.

  4. Roast potatoes at 425 for about 45 minutes.
