Recipe Ingredients for roasted cranberry butternut squash

2 1/2 c (1 medium) butternut squash
1 medium apple
1/2 c cranberries
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for roasted cranberry butternut squash

  1. Dice squash & apple.

  2. Add cranberries.

  3. Toss all with the oil and honey to coat

  4. season to taste

  5. roast at 375 for 30 minutes covered

  6. roast at 375 for 15 minutes uncovered.
