Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Cinnamon Lamb

900 grams Lamb, Shoulder, Blade
40 grams Cinnamon, Ground
2 cup Italian Style Chopped Tomatoes
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 tbsp Turmeric, Ground
15 grams Chilli Powder

Recipe Directions for Roasted Cinnamon Lamb

  1. Dice Lamb Shoulder

  2. Dice onion

  3. Put both in roasting tin

  4. Add tin of tomatoes

  5. Add spices

  6. Mix and roast @ 180c for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
