516 grams Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp, ground Cardamom
1 serving Garlic Ground Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp(6 g) Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Roasted Chickpeas of Awesome

Prepare your chickpeas. That means, if you're using canned, drain/rinse. If dried, soak overnight, boil for 10 mins and simmer for about an hour, rinse. Add spice, mix.
