Roasted veg & chicken (leftovers) boiled in chicken stock and blended

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted chicken & vegetable

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 oz Sweet Potato
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup, whole Mushrooms
1 large Carrots, Baby
1 large Carrots, Baby

6 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 cloves, raw Garlic

Recipe Directions for Roasted chicken & vegetable

Fry off garlic, onions and mushrooms, add chicken & other veg & stock/water and boil with seasoning to taste. Blend, or leave chunky.
