roasted chicken and veggies (throw in what you have-- I use this when my veggies are not fresh enough for salads and right before they go bad). freezes well.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Chicken

1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
20 pieces Carrots Baby Cut
1 cup Onions
1/4 cup Butter
9 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins

Recipe Directions for Roasted Chicken

Bake onion, carrots, and sliced potatoes with 1/8 cup of butter and paprika mixed together for 30 minutes on 375. Add the chicken on top of the veggies, add remaining 1/8 cup of butter and paprika over the chicken and bake for another 30 minutes (or until finished.
